Service
Water Heaters
Water heater repair and replacement, tank and tankless, sized to the house and piped so the next service call is straightforward.
What this is
Water Heaters across North Jersey
We repair and replace residential water heaters: gas and electric tank units, tankless and indirect fired units running off a boiler, thermocouples and gas valves, elements and thermostats, temperature and pressure relief valves, expansion tanks, and the venting and drip legs that inspectors actually check.
The call is usually no hot water, not enough hot water, or water on the basement floor. A tank that has started weeping at the seam is finished, no matter what anyone tells you, and it will fail completely on its own schedule. A unit that runs out halfway through a shower is more often undersized or scaled up than broken.
Replacement is where the details matter. Half the units we take out were never piped with an expansion tank on a closed system, were vented into a chimney that also serves the boiler with no thought to draft, or sit flat on a wet basement floor. We fix those conditions on the way in, because they are what shortened the life of the last one.
Free estimates on new installations, work to New Jersey code, licensed and insured. Most straightforward replacements are done in a single visit.

Number of bathrooms and how the hot water actually gets used, not just what was there before.

Free estimate on the new unit, including the venting and expansion work it needs.
- 04
Install and test
Piped, vented, relief line run correctly, filled, purged and checked under real draw.
Questions
Water Heaters questions we get asked
Not sure this is the work you need? Call and describe what is happening.
My tank is leaking. Can it be repaired?
No. A leaking tank is at the end of its life. The honest answer is replacement, and we will not sell you a repair on it.
Is tankless worth it?
It depends on your gas supply, venting route and hot water habits. We will give you the real comparison rather than a sales pitch.
Can you replace it the same day?
Often, yes. Standard tank replacements are usually a single visit.
