Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Burst pipes, an active leak, no heat in winter, a sewer backup or a failed sump in a storm are answered around the clock.
Are your estimates free?
Estimates on new installations are free, including boilers, water heaters, conversions and bathroom renovations. Diagnosing a fault in an existing system is quoted before the work starts.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a licensed and insured New Jersey plumbing and heating contractor, and all work is performed to New Jersey plumbing code.
What areas do you cover?
Bergen, Passaic and Hudson counties, working out of Dumont.
Do you handle both plumbing and heating?
Both, under the same license. The water side and the heat side of your house are not two separate phone calls.
How long have you been in business?
Since 1982, trading as Bob Faulborn Plumbing & Heating Contractor. There is no substitution for experience.
